Case is in good condition with normal shelf wear. Some dings on the front top center as shown in photo 3
Artwork is in good condition but has yellowing. Noticeable on the interior and the spine but not so much on the front and rear
Manual is in good condition
Disc is in good condition. It has been professionally resurfaced. The game freezes on the intro video when booting up the game. If you skip it, it goes to the main menu and plays without issue. Keep this in mind. You will have to skip the intro video or the disc will freeze.
