The Kratos 950 Apollo clamp magnet consist of a large Neodymium magnet secured by a tightened frame with a combined pull force of 950 lbs. Because clamp magnets consist of one solid magnet, the magnetic field generated by them is stronger than typical double sided magnets. Clamp fishing magnets are more suitable for steeper inclines and faster moving water. Clamp magnets, like double sided magnets, are perfect for dragging the bottom of a waterbody.
