The Canon 5157C001 is a remote pan tilt zoom camera that records 4K Ultra High Definition video by using a 1/2.3 inch CMOS sensor. A 20x optical zoom lens gives you the flexibility to cover wide group shots or tight close-ups while the camera stays mounted at the back of the space. The horizontal angle of view reaches 65.6 degrees, so presenters can move freely without leaving the frame. Hybrid autofocus keeps subjects sharp, and built-in scene modes let you shift to portrait, sports, low-light, or spotlight situations with only a few clicks.

The camera connects to almost any workflow. IP, 3G-SDI, HDMI, and USB-C ports carry video to switchers, recorders, or computers. Integrated NDI HX streams high-quality video over a network with no extra license, and RTMP support lets you go straight to common streaming platforms. When connected by USB, the camera appears as a Full HD webcam for video conferencing software.

Remote control options include Canon XC, VISCA protocols over IP or RS-422, an infrared handset, and Wi-Fi. A tally light on the front shows talent when the camera is live, and PoE Plus can supply power, control, and video through a single Ethernet cable to simplify installation. The design is compact and finished in satin black, so it blends into most environments and mounts easily on a tripod or ceiling bracket through a standard 1/4-20 thread.
