Usage Method:
1. Swirl decoration is pulled from the middle to get a rotating shape, then hung with the plastic hooks.
2. Banner : passing the ribbon through the pre-cut hole of the banner and string them.
3. Paper Pom Poms:
Take out the pom-pom and securely tie the ribbon around the middle of it.
Fan out the pleats on both sides and lift the top layer gently as close to the center as possible.
Repeat the previous step to fluff up all layers until you get it into a ball shape.
Finally, gently shape the layers to make sure it looks full and blooming.
