I purchased this item new through Amazon for $500 I hired a local plumber to install it. He had problems installing diverter and blamed it on the product. So I ordered another one. After multiple issues with plumber I let him go. I hired another plumber and he installed first system, no problems. Unfortunately I had missed my 30 day return window. I will include original product receipt for product warranty.
