This 1972 this baseball was given to me for Christmas by my Grandfather, who was a VP of Manhattan Savings, NY.
Baseball has been on display, in acrylic cube since given to me. It was handled many times when I received at first, to share with family/friends.
But hasn't been out of cube for some 48 years! Never had appraisal, never thought I would sell no children to pass onto so…

I only went to one game as a child 1973, game 3 NLCS, Mets vs Reds.
Staub homered in 1st & 2nd. METS fan for life.
