This adorable Effanbee Dy-Dee Baby Doll from the 1940s is perfect for any doll collector, especially those who love vintage dolls. Measuring 21 inches, she has a composition head and a rubber body, making her a unique addition to any collection.
She’s “magic skin” rubber with a composition head. The magic skin arms were very cracked and they were restored with acrylic filling and paint. The paint matches the head rather than the body, which has yellowed. Her brown sleep eyes work perfectly.
Dy-Dee can wear real baby clothes and she comes with an outfit that includes a top with mittens, footed pants, and a hat. She carries a baby bottle. She’s heavy, and feels like holding a real baby!
