This is the 17AW Bilbao Flower Reversible MA-1 Bomber Jacket from TSUMORI CHISATO.

The Bilbao Flower series, which appeared in the 2017AW collection, was inspired by the scenery of Bilbao, the artistic city in the Basque region of Spain. Designer Chisato Tsumori visited, saw, and felt the scenery, which was then incorporated into the textile design.

It's reversible, so you can enjoy two different styles. Thinsulate Ex-Soft is used for the padding, making it lightweight and providing excellent heat retention.
