Each 1951 Maison Francaise Bag is handcrafted from young cowhide leather so you are getting the softest
leather!
The XL measures approximately 6.8”x10.5”.
Each bag can be used as a clutch or a purse with the convertible chain (not included). I do have a chain, if you’re interested, message me and I can list it. I will not sell the chain alone.
The inside is lined with a trendy red and white polka dot fabric, with the 1951 logo stamped in matching silver leopard cowhide tag hand-sewn inside.
1951 does not even make these in different colors anymore, just black and tan. This is a true collectors piece and always has only been able to be acquired through one of their French shops or through their French website. If you want exclusivity, this is it! It is also a gorgeous bag that goes with anything. I have kept it in its dust bag since I have owned it because it was so gorgeous.
