The inlay is beautiful. Materials look to be the following: Sterling Silver, Natural Turquoise, Natural Coral, Mother of Pearl Shell, Black Onyx. Awesome piece for your collection. Most Sterling silver will tarnish but can easily get cleaned with some toothpaste and a small brush. Most vintage sterling will have small scratches due to the age of the item.
