Full of character, time worn & well used antique copper jam/confectioners pan.
Large 15” Diameter by 6” Deep. 5.5lbs.
Thick copper. You can make plenty of preserves at one time with this many generation pan! Works fantastic for applesauce as well.
Sturdy rolled rim, 3 copper rivets each side with brass handles for lifting and hanging.
It is shown both unpolished and then cleaned up some, you can polish further or let age. One handle has slight movement but it is not going anywhere! And, I wouldn’t hesitate to use it for jams, jellies, candies, caramel, chocolates or meringues. By the way, it tests out great for this year’s Strawberry Jam! This is a lovely old Bassine a’ Confiture fit for both use and classic decor.
