This like new city tower was created in 1999 and retired the same year. Only sold for one year to celebrate the year 2000 and this is one of the first 2000 ever made.
With the push of a button the sparkling ball atop the "The Times Tower illuminates and begins its descent. This special edition is complete with the lovers, additional snap on numbers, and the container of confetti (never opened).
It is in like new condition and has only been taken out of its box to be tested.
