1923 Pittsburgh Plate Glass catalog, subtitled "Glass, Paints, Varnishes and Brushes: their History, Manufacture and Use."
The book is a combination of a history of the products, going back to ancient times, a history of the company and a product catlog. It's divided into sections, with a long explanation of the company's glass products, including Carrara glass (their architectural glass, which would come into its own in the Art Deco era). In the paint section, there are pages of excellent color paint chips, and a large section of associated produced, including brushes, solvents, and even ladders.
Size: 11.25" tall by 8.75" wide by 1.25" thick. 178 pp + xxii page index.
