Every Green Bay Packers flag is cut down to size after handpicking wood with just the right grain to ensure a beautiful charred effect by using a hand torch to burn the top layer of each piece of wood.

All 13 piece's of wood are then sanded and stained with multiple coats of Minwax Stain before being glued and nailed to ensure maximum durability.

After being clamped down together for hours the flag is then put in our state of the art CNC router machine before being protected by Spar Urethane inside and outside protection.
