Mid-century design at its finest! Beautiful glass Fred Press pitcher with gold and white design and a solid wood handle attached with brass. The pitcher is approximately 9.5 inches in height (at the lowest part of the rim) and the base is 5 inches in diameter. The opening at the top of the pitcher measures about 4 inches in diameter. The glass with gold and white designs are in good condition with minimal wearing. There are a few minor scratches / scuffs on the gold and white pattern, consistent with age (see photos) - not very noticeable. The handle on the lid has lost its lustre but it doesn’t detract from the beauty of this piece.
It's a glorious vintage piece in a neutral color that will work with a variety of styles and colors. It can be displayed as art, or actually be used as a stylish pitcher for beverage service.
