Los Pobladores is an organization of descendants of the founding families of Los Angeles. This one belonged to a Pico, a descendant of Pio Pico, the last governor of California under Mexican rule. The pin measures about 1-1/2" tall x 1" wide. The pin has no back clasp as it is pinned to cardboard. The frame measures about 5" square. It has a glass cover.
