This is a gorgeous vintage DeLizza & Elster Juliana layered rhinestone brooch featuring topaz and AB topaz and crystal rhinestones in a gold tone setting. The navette and round rhinestones are prong set, some with open backs. The brooch has four front metal stems with rhinestone accents. Note that one of the metal stems is missing. This brooch is a verified Juliana piece, as shown on the Is It Juliana website, item reference number 8079.
