This is a fantastic vintage frosted blue hanging glass ceiling shade. The center & scalloped edges are clear glass. The frosted blue has raised leaf pattern. It has three holes for three chains that connect it to the base on the ceiling. Chains are not included. It has no chips, cracks or scratches. It does have a little paint on the outside bottom (please see picture). It has what looks like a air bubble in the clear center. It also has tiny little marks that are possibly just caused by age, nothing really noticeable. It is absolutely gorgeous.
