Features Big Hoisting Crane Model Builds many other exciting models Vintage Erector Set, The Electric Engine, No. 6 1/2. This is from 1957 or 1958. I received it on my 10th Christmas. It has over 200 parts plus a huge amount of screws, bolts, washers, nuts, and weighs 12 pounds! The set contains No. 6 1/2 with directions to build many, many machines, and also some parts and directions from a 1977 set I bought for my son (The plastic box from the 1977 set is for sale in another listing, which you can bundle by carting both and only paying shipping on this item!! )
This original box and instructions are definitely reflective of being an antique and show wear from many years in my attic, but the parts inside are amazingly in great condition.
I do not know if all parts are in the set.
