This is a real sheet that was used as a Test Printing for the Bank Seals that are on Mexican Currency. This sheet was made by the Banco De Mexico, which is Mexico’s Central Bank responsible for printing Mexico’s currency.
This sheet features 8 of those Seals, with half being circle seals saying “Banco De Mexico” and the other half being seals saying “B de M”.
With very few of these Mexico Seals Test Printings known to exist today, this is quite rare.
